WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
BIG FIELD OR BACK GARDEN
Most festival cup suppliers are built for the giants. We built Cup Heroes for everyone else too: the first year festival, the village beer festival, the charity day with one bar and a lot of heart.
Start at 10 festival cups for a test run, then scale up as the tickets sell. Same print, same price list, same hero service at every size.
THE LATE ARTWORK RESCUE
Line ups change. Sponsors sign late. Lead time starts when your artwork is confirmed, so send what you have and a real person will tell you what works on the cup.
Tight on time? Say so first. You get a straight answer on the date before any money changes hands.
RUN THE DEPOSIT LIKE A HERO
A pound on the cup, a return point away from the bar queue and staff briefed before the gates open. That first hour decides your return rate, not the cup.
Get it right and your branded festival cups come back to be washed and poured again all weekend, then all season.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS RANGE
How many festival cups do I need?
More than your headcount. Cups turn over through a day and some walk home as souvenirs. Tell us your gate, your days and your bars and we'll give you a real number.
Can we order a small batch first?
Yes. The minimum is 10, so you can test a design, show a sponsor or kit out a single bar before committing to the full run.
Do the cups survive a full weekend?
They're shatterproof, dishwasher safe and built to be poured, dropped and washed over and over. Glass bans don't stand a chance.
Can you hit a date this month?
Often, yes. Lead time starts at 5 working days from artwork sign off. Send your artwork and your date and we'll confirm straight away.
THE PEOPLE WE'VE SAVED

Real organisers, real events, real cups that came back. These are Google reviews of our sister brand, Eco Cups, while Cup Heroes builds its own.
★★★★★
I ordered reusable cups for my event and they were perfect. Great quality, durable, and the printing looked amazing. Guests loved them and they were a much better, eco-friendly alternative to disposable cups. The ordering process was smooth and delivery was quick. I’ll definitely be buying again for future events.

Absolutely thrilled with my reusable cups! They were strong, beautifully printed, and a huge hit with guests. Such a great sustainable option compared to disposables. The whole process, from ordering to delivery, was smooth and fast. I’ll definitely be back for more.
